Shipping Methods and Rates

Feline Drive uses the USPS for all shipping.  Despite the bad press the postal service sometimes gets, it remains the most economical and dependable way to ship inside and outside of the US.

Shipping is based on the dollar amount of your order and is a very close estimate of the actual shipping cost based on weight.

US Shipping Rates  (as of January 27, 2013)

$0.01 to $10.00 -  $4.00 first class shipping or $5.60 priority
$10.01 to $50.00 -  $5.00 first class shipping or $5.60 priority
$50.01 to $65.00 -  $5.65 priority shipping
$65.01 to $80.00 -  $5.75 priority shipping
$80.01 to $150.00 -  $12.35 priority shipping
$150.01 to $199.99 -  $16.85 priority shipping
$200 or more - FREE


International Shipping

Feline Drive is happy to ship worldwide.  Very small orders (such as patterns and 1 or 2 yards of fabric) may ship first class mail.  I can fit approximately 8 yards of fabric (or about 5 yards of flannel) into a flat rate priority envelope.  Larger orders ship in medium or large flat rate boxes, which are tracked from the US to the country of delivery, insured, and must have a signature upon delivery.  I highly recommend using insured boxes for shipments to countries where theft is prevalent.  You have the most experience with your own country, so I depend on your judgement when choosing shipping methods.  I cannot replace or refund shipments that have not been insured.  Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.  Please understand that I cannot provide a lower than actual value of the shipment or mark the shipment as a gift, both of which are violations of US law.  

In many cases the website will overestimate international shipping.  Please feel free to email me for a better shipping estimate.  I will definitely refund any overpayment of shipping and I always try to ship the most economical way!

If you place your order and no shipping is shown, that means your country has to be added to our database.  Just drop me an email before you check out, or place your order and I will invoice you for the shipping amount.

$65.01 to $150.00 -  $59.95 priority flat rate medium box
$150.01 or more - $77.95 priority flat rate large box


Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 30 days for a refund.  Please email for return instructions.

Please note, all items must be in resaleable condition.  Fabrics that are returned cannot have been cut, torn, laundered, or smell of strong odors such as cigarettes or perfumes.  All other items must be in as new condition with no damage or missing pieces.  Due to copyright restrictions, patterns are NOT returnable.

Returns for Feline Drive errors in processing will be refunded in full, including original shipping and return shipping.  Shipping will not be refunded for all other returns.
