How do I order?
It's simple! Just indicate the quantity you want and click on ADD TO CART. When you are ready to check out, if you are not already in your shopping cart, click on VIEW CART to review your order. Then click CHECK OUT and follow the instructions.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Sorry, at this time I am not able to take phone orders.
I want more than 1/4 yard of fabric - how do I order it?
Feline Drive's fabrics (except end of bolt pieces) are priced and sold by the 1/4 yard. If you want a 1/4 yard of a particular fabric, just enter 1 in the quantity box. If you want 1/2 yard, enter 2, if you want 3/4 yard, enter 3, if you want a whole yard, enter 4, and so on. Your fabric will be cut in one continuous piece. The amount of fabric that is in stock is noted for you for each fabric so that is the maximum you can order. A 1/4 yard of fabric will be cut as a 9" long piece. If you prefer a fat quarter (18" X 22"), please order from the FAT QUARTER section. Enter the number of fat quarters you want for each fabric, for example, if you enter a 3 on the fat quarters page, you will get three 18" X 22" pieces of fabric. Not all fabrics are available as fat quarters, and some fabrics are only available as fat quarters. Our fat quarters are pre-cut, so if you order more than one fat quarter of the same print, you will receive individual fat quarters, not a continuous cut of fabric.
Do I have to register to place an order?
When you make your first purchase, you will be asked to register with Feline Drive. The information you provide will be stored securely and will never be used for any purpose other than to make your next visit more convenient. Once you are registered, you will not have to enter all of your billing and shipping information again. If you would prefer not to register, you may still place an order, but each time you shop you will have to reenter your billing and shipping information.
I have a promo code. How do I use it?
To use a promo code, enter the number in the promo code box when you check out. You will find the promo code box at Step 5 of check out. You must be a registered customer to use a promo code.
How do I pay for my order online?
Feline Drive accepts payment through Paypal. You may use your Paypal balance or any major credit card. You do NOT have to have a Paypal account to use a credit card.
Can I just write out a check and send it to you with my order?
We accept personal checks from customers located in the US as well as money orders or cashier's checks from both inside and outside the US. Please note, if you send a money order or cashier's check from outside the US, it must be in US dollars. Checks and money orders must be made out to Cynthia Coleman, and mailed to Cynthia Coleman, Feline Drive, 327 McKay Road, Henryville, PA 18332. Your order will be held for you for up to 10 days. If you need more time, just drop me an email to let me know at email@example.com.
I tried to pay for my order but my payment is not going through. What should I do?
If you are having trouble making a payment online, please place your order again and when you check out, indicate that you would like to pay with a money order or personal check. Then email me and let me know and I will send you an invoice through Paypal. This usually fixes the problem! You may pay this invoice with your credit or debit card even if you do not have a Paypal account.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days. However, the time it takes to process and ship may at times be longer. If you are in a hurry, please let me know by adding a note to your order. You will be notified via email when your items ship.
I didn't get a notice that my order shipped. How can I find out the status of my order?
Automatic emails are sent when an order ships. However, sometimes these emails are not accepted by your computer or email server, so you may not get a shipping notice. If you have registered, you can check on your order by going to your account. Otherwise, just drop me an email and I will update you on the status of your order.
I emailed Feline Drive and never heard back. What is going on?
I answer every email I get as soon as I can. But if you have emailed and not heard back yet, please do not assume I am ignoring you! Every email is important to me! Computers and email are not perfect systems and sometimes I may just not get your message or you may not get mine. Please email me again and if you still don't hear back from me, please check in your "spam" or "junk mail" folder.
Do you have a printed catalog?
No. Feline Drive is exclusively online. If you can't find something you want, please email me so I can try to find what you are looking for.
